  • First event began in 2005 and is known as the LA EXPO: Songwriters Convention

  • Attendance has grown steadily every year since the first event
  • The LA EXPO is one of the largest known networking and educational events for songwriters
  • ASCAP is currently run this event in Los Angeles and New York

ASCAP 100th Anniversary

 

Challenge

  • Create an advertising campaign for the 100th Anniversary of ASCAP and promote the 100th Anniversary Expo with a very limited budget

Solution

  • Use a mix of localized radio, TV and outdoor advertisements in key areas, such as Nashville and Los Angeles, to keep the budget down.
  • GMLV purchased a congratulatory advertisement in Billboard magazine, as a thank you for being our client and an added nationwide promotion for the brand

Result

  • Attendance is expected to grow once again for the 100th Annual LA Expo
