Silverman built a wonderful condo building in Jersey City and came to us for help in selling the units. To differentiate the Hamilton Square building from the competition, we talked about the neighborhood instead of the building, describing how the building faces the beautiful Hamilton Park and the “walkable” amenities if the neighborhood. Social Media announced community events, providing the feel for the neighborhood. To help prospects “see themselves” in specific condo units, we created lifestyle-based owner profiles for each type of unit so prospects could say “that one’s for me”.
